Organoleptic qualities

The organoleptic qualities of Salcedo EVO - extra virgin olive oil of excellence confirm its markedly herbaceous and fruity taste, with a light note of bitterness and of spiciness that derives from the mountain location of the groves and from the high content of the Leccino olive variety, with its typically spicy taste, and from its well-balanced percentage of Coratina, a type of wine-coloured, bitter tasting olive that is especially rich in polyphenols.

The Italian Association of Olive Producers AIPO has declared it without defects:
