Salcedo EVO - Extra virgin olive oil of excellence

The S.V.EVO Association was founded by Cesare Dolcetta and Alessandro Bonato to embody their ambition of enhancing the value of the olive oil originating in their homeland, Veneto, so as to recover one of its truly ancient cultural, gastronomic and health heritages. In this website you will find further information about our Association and our Services and many important features of EVO, an expression coined by Massimo Epifani to define in a more modern and immediate manner extra virgin olive oil of very high quality. The ultimate purpose of the Association is to bring together other olive grove owners in Veneto and sector operators that share the same passion and the same quality objectives.

Within the context of its mission, the S.V.EVO Association intends to favour therapeutic projects as well as projects aimed at the employment of the disadvantaged, aware of the fact that a job in close contact with the soil and with natural products, together with the feeling of being useful and a member of an ambitious and high quality business plan, can reconcile what otherwise may be considered conflicting interests, namely business management and social benefit. To this end, the Association offers consulting and garden maintenance services, not only related to olive groves or private gardens but also to public park areas.
