S.V.EVO - Associazione Sviluppo Veneto dell' Evo was founded by Cesare Dolcetta and Alessandro Bonato to embody their ambition of enhancing the value of the olive oil originating in their homeland, Veneto, so as to recover one of its truly ancient cultural, gastronomic and health heritages. Those who join the association know they are expected to follow very high quality specifications that know no compromise and that go well beyond the standards imposed by current national and European regulations concerning commercial extra virgin olive oil, in order to guarantee that consumers receive a local and totally genuine product.
